VSAoNZ 2025 Announcement
Dear Delegates,
We are excited to confirm that VSAoNZ 2025 will take place in the Bay of Islands at the Waitangi Treaty Grounds 21-23 February, please see attached flyer.
We encourage you to plan ahead, as know for some it will involve a bit more travel but will be well worth it. There are 4-5 flights a day scheduled from Auckland to Kerikeri which is a 45min flight, or alternatively about a 3-hour drive, which would recommend as avoids delays or cancellations.
Accommodation: I am holding rooms at Copthorne Paihia and Kingsgate Hotel, but you are more than welcome to source your own accommodation or air bnb. It is a busy period for tourism in the Bay of Islands over February so booking ahead of time will be important.
Programme planning is underway but aim to have a full day on Friday 21st so recommend travelling on Thursday 20th February with sessions ending lunchtime Sunday.
Appreciate you distributing to colleagues in your department and putting flyer up on noticeboards. Will send more details out when confirmed, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Regards,
Sarah Jonson
